Next AMA it would be great if you could elaborate on how to approach cardio at middle age. I have been experimenting adding some running to my weekly fitness routine, but its pretty high impact and I have had a few small injuries already effecting my SI joint and left knee. I want to continue but it feels like snakes and ladders. How do I make this sustainable (and enjoyable).
